The Showing process can be daunting at times, but with Beth Wynne as your agent, she will help make Showings as easy as possible. Notifications will be sent directly to your phone and email that allows you to accept or decline showings based on your schedule using the Showing system we have for our clients.

Buyers will submit offers based on the timeline of being shown your home with their own agent. From there, Beth will contact you and ask if you would like to reject, counter or accept the offer. Once you accept an offer, you will be officially UNDER CONTRACT. During the timeline of the contract process, she will make sure you understand the conditions, provisions and obligations of your contract.
